Guidelines:
The National IPO Challenge is a competition in which teams comprised of current business school students analyze a proposed IPO transaction and deliver their presentation to a Board of Directors in hopes of winning a mandate to underwrite the IPO. The national competition will be divided into a first round and final round competition in which judges will select the winning teams based on understanding of the company and its industry, accuracy of the valuation analysis, and persuasiveness of the presentation.
