Ajay has 8 years of consulting experience in Information Technology space. His expertise includes client relationship management, project management, and s/w design & architecture. He has served clients in diverse businesses like financial services, media, telecom and supply chain management. Ajay developed a million dollar account for his firm and was recognized by the client's Chief Technology Officer for turning around a new product development project for them. He was recognized as "Most Valuable Person Of The Year" at Infosys Technologies in 2003 and "Rookie of the Year" in 2001. Ajay enjoys dancing and sketching.

Anish has 5 years of consulting experience in Information Technology, primarily in the Financial Services industry. He is currently with IBM Global Services aligned with the Financial Services CRM practice where his clients include Fortune 500 Banks and Insurance companies. His expertise is in CRM technology strategy as well as enterprise wide large scale technology implementations. Anish has consistently been rated among the top performers at IBM and leads the "Turning Blue Community" which is a community of Consultants and Senior Consultants within the practice. His hobbies include tennis, sailing, traveling and most recently, catching up on lost sleep.

Sridhar has 8 years of IT consulting and IT Business Strategy consulting experience. He has led several cross-functional teams and has successfully executed consulting projects for clients across Banking, Financial Services, Media, Insurance and Telecom industries. Sridhar's expertise includes portfolio analysis, business process optimization, technology rationalization and new IT strategy formulation by mapping IT systems and business goals. Raised in an entrepreneurial backdrop, Sridhar is an external strategy advisor for a metal cutting/instrumentation firm in India and has formulated a go-to market strategy for a life style fitness coaching firm in the US. His personal interests include film making, conducting community based magic shows and community service through a non-profit organization, which he co-founded with this friends to educate kids in rural India. To take his film making interest to the next level Sridhar has developed a new approach for identifying cine talents in India and increase ROI in Indian movie industry.

Vishal is a Project Manager for a large IT consulting company and has over 7 years of experience consulting in Property & Casualty Insurance, Media, Healthcare Services, and Non-Profit Public Health industries. During this time he has helped Fortune 500 clients transform their business performance through strategic focus on process enhancement and better leverage of Information Technology. He has also led modernization initiatives, new product development and re-engineering of complex business systems. He has helped clients in the management of their business process and technical consulting practices, provided strategic advice on change and knowledge management, technology direction, and helped them find effective ways to reduce cost and time to market. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India; and a Masters degree in Information Systems from The University of Iowa. Vishal has been actively involved with anti-hunger and education promotion initiatives and enjoys world travel and watching Hitchcock movies.
